This improved elastic core retains its elasticity much better over time and provides more durable support than cotton kinesiology tape, lasting as long as you need it to . KT Tape Pro® is pre-cut and can be applied straight out of the packaging. The pre-cut strips have rounded corners that prevent the corners from snagging on clothing or the edges from fraying. Each roll contains 20 pre-cut strips that are 20 cm long and 25 cm wide.
