The PUMA ULTRA ULTIMATE 1 NC is the new development from Puma from the ULTRA line. With an extremely innovative approach, Puma has managed to design an extremely light and flexible goalkeeper glove.
Featuring Puma's ultra-light ULTRAWEAVE fabric and the exclusive GRDXKN print, the glove is the lightest and most flexible goalkeeper glove on the market. The newly designed two-layer GRDXKN application improves grip for perfect ball control in all conditions.
Palm
- 4mm Elite+ Latex: This newly developed adhesive foam is based on the proven Elite Grip. Special adhesives were added to the latex during the vulcanization process, which are visible as dots and increase the grip even more. The 4 mm thick latex palm has an enormous grip and power absorption under all weather conditions. The adhesive foam is played by Jan Oblak, among others.
Cut
- Negative Cut: The inseam cut with layers of latex sits very snugly on the fingers and thus provides an optimal fit and excellent feel for the ball. The rubber is rolled on the index finger and little finger to offer an even better ball contact area.
Back hand
- ULTRAWEAVE textile material: This ultra-light textile fabric serves as the basis for the backhand. It is the lightest textile on the market and is also used in the highly functional Puma jerseys. This achieves improved responsiveness and a very high feeling of ball contact.
- Two-layer GRDXKN backhand: This print on the backhand, developed exclusively for Puma, brings stability to the glove on the one hand and creates grip when punching the ball on the other. A new feature of this model is an additional grip layer, which further increases grip when punching.
The GRDXKN material is extremely light and is applied directly and seamlessly to the upper hand. Another advantage is the very high resilience. The new technology was created in cooperation with a Munich start-up and represents the optimal solution for the functionality of the upper hand.
Closure
- Very elastic textile material for optimum freedom of movement and breathability. The material transitions seamlessly from the glove body to the bandage. This also eliminates the annoying seam on the wrist.
- Short, elastic stretch strap for more stability and a secure fit on the wrist.
Other features
- Glove body: A soft and extremely light textile material is used in the lower area of the glove including the bandage. The goalkeeper gets an outstanding wearing comfort.
- Double thumb wrap: Increases the ball contact area, supports the thumb area and offers high wearing comfort
