Exclusive and limited professional special model of NIKE Mercurial Touch Elite.
.The best goalkeepers in the world such as Thibaut Courtois (Belgium, Real Madrid and best World Cup goalkeeper), Alisson Becker (number 1 Brazil and Liverpool) and many other top international goalkeepers swear by NIKE's high-quality goalkeeper gloves.
With the 2018 World Cup, NIKE launched the innovative and novel Mercurial Touch Elite. The classic construction of goalkeeper gloves was fundamentally changed with this model. All superfluous elements of the goalkeeper glove were removed. Thus, the Mercurial Touch Elite was developed on a completely new basis and was able to adapt the glove to the new, fast-paced and modern goalkeeper game. The result of this development process is a glove that, despite its simple appearance, contains everything a performance-oriented goalkeeper needs at all levels of the modern soccer game.
.The glove's minimalist aesthetic is the result of a 66 percent reduction in the other components of traditional gloves. And thanks to the removal of unnecessary padding on the backhand, the Mercurial Touch Elite is 33 percent lighter and 47 percent thinner. Applied punch prints on the third and fourth knuckles provide even more flexibility. The application is even tighter on the fingers for maximum control.
Catch surface
.- New 4 millimeter professional contact foam for optimum grip in dry and wet conditions: Further developed 4 millimeter contact foam with cushioning lamination incorporated underneath for impact absorption and the NIKE ACC technology (All-Conditions Control).
The Nike All Conditions Control technology ensures that ball control is not lost in wet conditions. Through a special treatment of the goalkeeper glove material has managed to create the same friction between the goalkeeper glove and the ball in wet conditions, which is also generated in dry conditions. The material is therefore immune to external climatic conditions. Thus, the goalkeeper has optimal ball control in any weather situation. The coating provides optimum grip in dry and wet conditions and creates even more direct connection to the glove in the goalkeeper. From the closure to the fingertips, the glove is covered with the new ""sticky grip"" and offers top performance for the goalkeeper. .
Cut
- Innovative NC cut: With this close-fitting cut, the glove is sewn from the left. The seam runs here also on the edges of the fingers, but is not on the outside of the glove, but points inside. An advantage for all goalkeepers who like it when the glove is even closer to the fingers to create an optimal wearing comfort. The fit is tighter and the ball control increases. The cut is also often referred to as ""negative cut"" because the seams are not visible on the outside.
Overhand
.- The perforated backhand offers optimal air circulation and thus an extremely pleasant wearing comfort.
Closure
- The closure has been replaced with a flexible Wrist Cuff that extends from the wrist to the top of the forearm. This provides even more mobility and comfort. It is a widened, fully wraparound closure that does not slip and fits perfectly to any wrist. The bandage provides additional support and protection of the wrist and optimizes fit and comfort for the goalkeeper. Without any seams, the closure merges into the main construction of the glove.
