Palm:
- URG 1.0: UnRivaled Grip 1.0 is the name of adidas' top grip foam. The grip foam is only used by adidas professionals and is offered here exclusively for you. The 4.0 mm thick foam offers an unprecedented grip performance in all conditions - both wet and dry. It impresses with its extreme softness, which provides the goalkeeper with the best impact absorption.
The adhesive foam was specially developed for the needs of adidas professional goalkeepers such as Manuel Neuer, Kevin Trapp and Marc-André ter Stegen and is only used in the new and exclusive adidas promo models. This means that all amateur goalkeepers have the opportunity to play with the top adhesive foam used by professionals.
Please note: Due to the very soft and therefore extremely grippy adhesive foam, the abrasion of URG 1.0 is higher than that of URG 2.0. Gloves with URG 1.0 are not suitable for training and games on hard, dry surfaces, indoors or on artificial turf pitches. - Embossed palm: For a natural fit, a better feel and more freedom of movement, embossing is applied at important points on the palm.
Cut:
- Hybrid cut: The hybrid cut is a combination of the Negative cut and the roll finger cut. It ensures a perfect, tight fit and offers a little more safety and protection than the classic Negative cut cut of the Predator Pro. The latex coating is pulled over the fingertips. This means that the fingertips are completely covered in latex for more stability in this area. For even greater comfort, the middle finger area starts in the outer seam cut and flows into the hybrid cut towards the fingertips. Preferred cut by Marc-André ter Stegen (FC Barcelona).
- Thumb Wrap: The rolled covering on the thumb provides more stability, extended grip and improved ball control.
Backhand:
- Silicone punching elements: The updated silicone elements have an improved anatomical shape and offer even better grip and performance when punching.
- The backhand impresses with its seamless all-over silicone design, which combines a modern look with maximum functionality.
- The flexible construction minimizes any resistance and enables lightning-fast action in decisive game situations.
- Knitted glove body: The glove body and the backhand are made of a new generation knitted material. This has been further optimized to ensure an even tighter and at the same time more flexible and comfortable fit. The glove hugs every hand like a second skin.
