Palm/Foam
- URG 2.0: The surface consists of 3.5 mm extremely soft foam and an additional damping layer. This results in outstanding impact absorption. The very high grip in all weather conditions in combination with an even improved durability make this adhesive foam a perfect choice for all ambitious goalkeepers.
- Anatomical Flex Zones: The embossings on the fingers and on the pad support the natural movements of the hand and prevent bulges in the adhesive foam. This design makes the glove even more flexible and contributes to a perfect, tight fit.
- Abrasion Zone: In the zone where the wear is the greatest (on the outside of the glove) is an abrasion-resistant coating. This is where the material is most stressed when falling and standing up. The abrasion zone extends to the backhand and provides an additional gripping surface. It is at the same time but very abrasion resistant and thus extends the life of the gloves.
Cut
- Negative Cut: The negative cut provides a tight and comfortable fit on the fingers. The goalkeeper gets a perfect fit and an optimal feel for the ball. 80% of adidas professional goalkeepers play with this cut.
Backhand
- Zone Skin: Strategically placed 3D silicone elements on the backhand and fingers allow maximum control and more power when fisting.
- Mechano Material: The again revised, very functional Mechano material is breathable and very elastic. The lightweight fabric offers high flexibility and adapts optimally to all deformations of the goalkeeper glove.
Closure
- Stretch Strap: The elastic stretch strap allows an individual adjustment of the fit with best stabilizing properties for the wrist.
- Extended Entry: The extension of the entry to the forearm ensures maximum freedom of movement while still providing a tight, secure fit on the wrist.
