The FUTURE glove collection from Puma is perfect for the new generation of goalkeepers who prefer freedom of movement and responsiveness when choosing their gloves to take their performance to a new level.
The FUTURE ULTIMATE NC sets new standards in terms of fit, comfort, lightness, and grip. The basic structure of the very successful previous year's model has been retained and further improved in selected areas.
Palm
- 4mm Elite Dual Grip: This newly developed adhesive foam is based on the proven Elite Grip. Special adhesives were added to the latex during the vulcanization process, which are visible as dots and further increase the grip. This gives the 4 mm thick latex palm enormous grittiness and power absorption under all weather conditions. This foam is used by Jan Oblak, among others.
- Embossed lines on the thumb and the base of the fingers support natural movements and ensure full freedom of movement.
Cut
- Negative cut: The pure Negative cut with latex gussets sits very tightly on the fingers, providing an optimal fit and excellent ball feel.
- Thumb wrap: Increases the ball contact area, supports the thumb area, and offers high wearing comfort.
Backhand
- One-piece knitted glove body with different zones: By optimizing the knitted material and dividing it into different zones on the hand, the glove fits like a second skin and provides the best possible support and improved air circulation in key areas. There are elastic zones with a very open knit and ventilation openings for improved breathability, e.g., at the wrist, thumb, and fingers. Stable compression inserts are integrated into the side of the wrist to support and stabilize it. In the punching zone, a slightly thicker 3D knit provides more protection and cushioning when punching.
- Silicone elements in the punching zone: The silicone elements offer grip and full power when punching the ball. The elements are distributed and attached in a way that ensures optimal freedom of movement.
Closure
- Elastic knitted bandage: Ensures an optimal fit through the adapted knit variant. Due to the extended bandage and the perfectly fitting knitted material, a closure with a strap becomes unnecessary.
