The Volare Ultra is the absolute top goalkeeper glove from Stanno with Hyper Foam Plus and an extra large foam surface. The glove is extremely light thanks to the use of the latest techniques and materials.
Palm
Hyper Foam Plus: The new Hyper Foam Plus is an ultra-soft, thick foam that offers optimal support in both dry and wet weather. It has an even higher absorbency that ensures a continuous wet lather in all weather conditions. This greatly improves grip and excellent impact reduction for even better ball control. An additional benefit of the Hyper Foam Plus is its longer life.
Flex zones: The embossed palm enriches the design of the Stanno Volare Ultra. The embossing is based on the anatomy of the hand to ensure that the glove is even more flexible.
Extended palms: The adhesive foam is pulled down to the lower edge of the bandage so that the pulse area is better protected by the soft adhesive foam. At the same time, the longer palm of the hand enables better ball control thanks to greater contact with the adhesive foam, even if the catching position is not ideal.
Cut
Hybrid cut: The glove combines the inner seam with the roll finger cut. The glove therefore fits tighter around the fingers in the area of the middle and ring fingers, creating a more direct contact between the hand and the ball. This creates a higher feel for the ball. In the area of the little finger and index finger, the adhesive foam is rolled around the finger. This creates a tighter fit with a large adhesive foam surface at the same time, which always generates a maximum of adhesive foam on the ball.
On the thumb, the adhesive foam is rolled onto both sides of the backhand to achieve a more stable thumb construction. Also in the thumb area, this double wrap means that there is always enough contact surface between the adhesive foam and the ball, even if the thumb twists when catching it.
Back hand
Silicone insert in the punching/fist area and on the fingers offers good flexibility, which increases the feel for the ball. The One Piece Fit Design (OPF) g also guarantees a perfect fit around the back of the hand. In addition, the silicone elements offer precise punch defense with a long service life on the upper hand.
Closure
Elongated asymmetrical bandage with optional strap: The glove fits the hand so well that the use of a wrist strap is optional. For this reason, the Volare Ultra is equipped with a detachable, elastic, flat strap (can be customized). The structure of the asymmetrical bandage, which is integrated directly into the glove body, ensures optimal support for the wrist while at the same time allowing very high freedom of movement.
