stanno Volare Ultra

The Volare Ultra is the absolute top goalkeeper glove from Stanno with Hyper Foam Plus and extra large foam surface. The glove is extremely lightweight thanks to the use of the latest techniques and materials.

Palm/Foam

Hyper Foam Plus: The new Hyper Foam Plus is an ultra-soft, thick foam that provides optimal grip in both dry and wet weather. It has an even higher absorption capacity that ensures a continuous wet foam in all weather conditions. This greatly improves the grip and excellent impact reduction and provides even better ball control. An added benefit of Hyper Foam Plus is that it lasts longer. 

Flex Zones: The embossed palm enriches the design of the Stanno Volare Ultra. The embossing is based on the anatomy of the hand to ensure an even higher mobility of the glove. 

Extended palm: The adhesive foam is pulled to the lower edge of the bandage, so that the pulse area is better protected by the soft adhesive foam. At the same time, the extended palm allows for better ball control due to higher adhesive foam contact, even if the catching position is not optimal. 

Hybrid cut: The glove combines the inseam cut with the roll finger cut. The glove therefore closes tighter around the fingers in the area of the middle and ring finger, creating more direct contact between the hand and the ball. This creates a greater feel for the ball. In the area of the little finger and the index finger, the adhesive foam is rolled around the finger. This creates a tighter fit with a simultaneously large adhesive foam area, which always generates a maximum of adhesive foam on the ball. 

On the thumb, the adhesive foam is rolled onto both sides of the backhand to create a more stable thumb construction. Likewise, in the thumb area, there is always enough contact area from the adhesive foam to the ball due to this double wrap, even if the thumb should twist when catching. 

Backhand

• Silicone insert in the punching/fist area and on the fingers provides good flexibility that increases ball feel. The One Piece Fit design (OPF) also ensures an optimal fit around the backhand. In addition, the silicone elements provide precise fist defense with high durability on the backhand. 

Closure

• Extended asymmetrical strap with optional strap: The glove fits so well around the hand that the use of a wrist strap is optional. For this reason, the Volare Ultra is equipped with a removable, elastic, flat strap (customizable). The asymmetrical strap, which is integrated directly into the glove body, provides optimal support for the wrist with very high freedom of movement at the same time thanks to its design.
