The book contains a comprehensive collection of play-related exercise and game forms for a qualitative design and rapid implementation of contemporary football training.
The numerous training forms are divided according to technical, tactical and conditional focus. The individual focuses initially include basic training content (passing, dribbling, shot on goal, feints, juggling and 1 vs. 1 situations) and also focus on more differentiated and advanced content (switching and reacting, chaos and action, variants in the game start, active defense, tournament forms and tactical training topics).
In addition, the collection also includes training forms for soccer-specific speed, athletics and endurance training, indoor training, goalkeeper training and team building.
About the author:
Fabian Seeger is a sports scientist and UEFA-A license holder. Beside his activity as DFB base coach he is active for the Hamburg football federation as selection coach and adviser in the coach education.
