The TheraBand exercise band is considered to be the smallest fitness studio in the world and can be used manually and in a variety of ways. It enables both an isolated and a muscle-spanning training for young and old at every fitness level. With the TheraBand you can always set new stimuli with your own body weight in goalkeeper training.
The sets are available in two different resistance combinations, giving the user optimal conditions for entry and intensive advanced training. Each set contains instructions with exercise examples, which you can use optimally in training with the goalkeepers.
