Plyometric training is at home in the field of athletics, especially with jumpers. Weight lifters and recently athletes in cross training have long been using such forms of exercise for their legs and upper body. The variably usable training equipment can also be optimally used in individual training with goalkeepers.
The Gymstick wooden plyobox offers three training heights in one device. Depending on which side it is placed on, it allows plyometric training at 76, 60 or 50 cm height - the higher, the more difficult! The untreated wood construction rounded at the corners guarantees safe exercise units with high grip. The boxes can be used as an obstacle, as a starting position, as a band and also for strengthening in goalkeeper training.
